i had a great weekend.

i spent a few days at home with my parents

my dad just built this awesome new wood burning stove

it will heat our house so thats pretty sweet

i'm not sure how "green" a wood burning stove is

but it makes me feel like the johnsons are a wilderness family

following my adventures in alta vista

i went up to minneapolis to see joey and go to the mason jennings show

the show was amazing it was zack gill and mason jennings 

i would highly recommended both artists

it was such a feel good time

the show brought so much joy to my heart, my spirit was just singing!

i got to spend time with all the people i love this weekend. 

its just what i needed and what my lonely heart needed

"life has no limit if you're not afraid to get in"

thursday night

last night i got to hang out with erika.

erika is my kindred spirit.

she is lovely and beautiful and has a heart of gold.

i have such amazing friends.

i spent the rest of the evening i spent watching sex and the city

i stayed up way to late 

but as i was watching TV all alone in my apartment 

i could hear crowds of rowdy college kids coming home from the bar.

i couldn't help but think....am i missing out?

i also pride myself in being a responsible mature adult

but sometimes i cant help but feel that i have the rest of my life to be like that

but maybe its just not my style. 

and im ok with that.
